WickedList is consistently focusing on the improvement of the quality of services we are offering. To provide more functionality to make the platform more engaging and useful. This means that we could add features and enhance our services without providing prior notice. We keep every right of even terminating the whole service entirely if we would like to.You can delete the ads you have posted whenever you would like by following the website instructions. WickedList also reserves the right to terminate your account at any point in time if they believe that you’ve violated our terms of use. - Interacting with people
We strive towards the provision of highly respectful user experience by features including but not limited to anonymous ads, multiple posting, multiple interests, etc. We are not responsible for the conduct of the users, whether it’s off the site or on it. Thus, you agree to be cautious with the interactions with other users, especially if you decide to go out with them. You agree to read WickedList’s dating tips beforehand. You also agree to never provide login credentials or financial details to users on this platform.YOU TAKE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE INTERACTIONS ON THIS WEBSITE. Upon posting an ad, you provide us with a transferable, royalty-free, sub-licensable, worldwide, license and right for the hosting, storage, copying, usage, reproduction, editing, publishing, modification, displaying and distribution of data you share here. WickedList’s license to the content to be non-exclusive while the WickedList’s agreement is exclusive i.e. we have to an exclusive license to the service screenshots including the ads you have posted here. We also reserve the right to prevent our content from being used outside of this platform. We have the entire authority of sending notices on your behalf if your content is taken by third parties and used outside our platform. By posting content, you agree to allow the other users to view it and participate in the service.You are hereby given the right of every content that you submit on this platform upon posting an ad. You agree that we have the right to monitor and review the content that you post here using our service.You agree you all the rights to content mentioned in WickedList’s privacy policy. - Keeping the Community in mind
Using WickedList, you agree to not:- Use the service for illegal purposes

WickedList does have the right to removing and reviewing any content that is posted here, but it doesn’t necessarily ensure that they would comply with the agreement. We may choose to charge a fee for posting the ads in some parts of our platform. The fee would be an access fee that would permit you to post content in various parts of this service. The fee would grant you special access to some features that free posting won’t enjoy. All fees paid will be non-refundable if Content is removed from the Service for violating the Terms.
